Weight Loss Challenge Day 5

Today marks day FIVE of the Detox Transforms Intermitted Fasting program (16:8), and your first CHEAT DAY! Our meal plans limit your average intake of carbohydrates and calories. Over time, your body realizes it is taking in fewer calories than it is burning. In turn, it will try to balance calories-in versus calories-out by becoming more efficient and your metabolism drops. This is not good when fat loss is the goal. Cheat days will trick the body into thinking it is getting enough calories (if not too many) and the body will then ignite its fat-burning metabolism. NOTE: Eat your last meal at 8:00 P.M. or at least 4 hours before bedtime.

Directions/To-Do-List:

  1. On an empty stomach take two InfraRED, or a supplement of your choosing, with 8 ounces of water. I recommend taking the first capsule at 10:30 A.M. (optional/not required)
  2. Exercise: Walk 1.25 - 3.25 miles or 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio.

Recommended Meals:

  • Breakfast: Meal of choice
  • Lunch: Meal of choice
  • Dinner: Meal of choice

Note: For alternative healthy meal ideas visit our Meal Guide. To avoid overeating purchase a portion control plate or container.  You can snack on fresh fruits and healthy fats in-between meals.

Fluid Intake:

  • 1/2 Gallon of Water (64 ounces)
  • Juice (8-16 ounces)
