Eating/Fasting Schedule:
Week two's eating window will be between the hours of 11:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. What that means is you will consume your first meal at 11:00 A.M. and your last meal before 7:00 P.M. Moving forward I will list the times that I consumed each meal, and instead of listing the items that I ate, I will direct you to our breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal guide.
**Please note: You can adjust your eating window to fit your schedule but be sure that it differs from last week.**
Directions/To-Do-List:
- On an empty stomach take two InfraRED, or a supplement of your choosing, with 8 ounces of water. I recommend taking the first capsule at 9:00 A.M. (Recommended, this step is not required)
- Exercise:
Recommended Meals:
- Breakfast: 11:15 AM
- Lunch: 2:21 PM
(**Yesterday's leftovers can be eaten for lunch**)
- Dinner: 6:45 PM
NOTE: To avoid overeating purchase a portion control plate or container. Yesterday's leftovers can be eaten for lunch. - 80+ ounces of Water
