Quaker Protien Packed Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • cinnamon sea salt (sprinkle to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients and microwave in 30 second intervals, whisking in between, until fluffy!

Add these items for extra flavor: Vanilla, Creamy peanut butter, Strawberries, and blueberry cinnamon granola
