A smoothie is personally what I choose to have every morning. I also urge everyone to give it a shot. I’ve started a challenge to have a smoothie every morning to start the day. A smoothie is a great first meal as it’s very easy to digest. It also can be quick, easy, convenient and full of nutrients. Give it a try and see what you think! 1-2 Cups of Plant Based Milk

1 Cup of greens such as spinich, kale, ect.

1 Cup of berries such as blueberries, raspberries, ect.

1-2 Tbsp of seeds such as hemp, chia, ect.

1 Serving of healthy fats such as avacodo, almond butter, ect.

1 Scoop of plant based protein
