Mango Tumeric Smoothie

We love smoothies and this creamy immune boosting smoothie is a delicious powerhouse of nutrition.

  • Mangoes are filled with Vitamin A and C, antioxidant rich and fiber.
  • Bananas provide a natural energy booster along with potassium.
  • Turmeric & cinnamon help to fight inflammation in the body.
  • Black pepper helps activate the turmeric so it can do its magic.
  • Hemp hearts are a healthy fat and high in the Omega 3’s.
  • Cauliflower adds creaminess, and it is high in fiber and a great source of vitamins and minerals

Mango Tumeric Smoothie

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Tumeric

Pinch of Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Frozen Cauliflower

1 tbls Hemp Hearts (Alternatives: Flaxseed, or Chia Seeds)

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup Oat or Almond Milk

1/2 Frozen Mango


NOTE: If you find the smoothie too thick increase the milk to get your preferred consistency.
