Just a few ingredients and super easy to make. I have used this with shrimp and tofu and both were delicious This meal could easily be paleo if you sub the rice with veggie rice! The recipe makes about 2/3 cup so double or triple if you want more. Served this up with some steamed broccolini, steamed jasmine rice and avocado.

1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon @bragglivefoodproducts coconut aminos
1 tablespoon liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoon organic ketchup (I used @goodfoodforgood)
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon tapioca starch
1 tablespoon water to dissolve
1/2 tablespoon honey
Whisk ingredients together and bring to a boil, then turn heat down to low and whisk for another 2 minutes before removing from heat.
Simply season chicken with salt and pepper and roast on 350 for about 25 mins (depending on thickness).
Remove chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Cut up and smother in the sauce.
